CAUSE OF JOINT PAIN

Cause of Joint Pain and Joint Pain Relief

EFT was originally developed by Gary Craig (Stanford ’62) in 1995 as a rapid and efficient means to help with emotional disorders. It was soon discovered, however, that joint pain and other physical problems quickly subsided as well. Those looking for evidence of the body-mind connection will find plenty of inspiring evidence here.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is an emotional version of acupuncture … except that needles aren’t necessary. Instead, certain Release Points are stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips. This serves to relax the body both emotionally and physically. With less stress in the body, joint pains often fade away and, in many cases, do so permanently.

Further, it doesn’t seem to matter how severe or long standing the pain seems to be. EFT is still likely to be effective. It also doesn’t appear to matter whether the pain is from an injury, arthritis, illness or inflammation in the joints. This may seem perplexing but it is easily understood when you recognize that EFT is addressing causes that western healing practices have tended to ignore. We speak here of emotional issues and disruptions in the free flow of the body’s subtle energies.

With this common sense approach, EFT’s use is exploding throughout the world. As Craig says…

“The EFT email newsletter list has grown from 20 people to over 160,000—all by word of mouth. It’s popularity is rising because people are finally able to address the emotional and energetic causes of their ailments … something most western healing methods have ignored for decades.”
